When will my credit card be charged?
When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirm email. Your credit card will be charged at this moment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard credit cards are accepted. We cannot accept checks or money orders.
Is your card expired?
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. In this case, it’s better to check with them before trying your card again. If none of these apply, please contact us at info@impressfoods.com. We’re happy to help!
Returns & Exchanges
How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t have a great experience with us. Unfortunately, for hygienic and product conservation purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All our sales are finals.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at info@impressfoods.com and we will send you the expected product.

If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us at info@impressfoods.com as soon as possible. Our orders are, as often as possible, processed within the day.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order will be ready to ship. After that, you will receive your order within 24 hours on business days thanks to our express delivery.
Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?
You can only use one promo code by order.
