Our mission is to maximise nutritional value and freshness in each product we tackle, using high-pressure processing (HPP) to keep food fresh for longer without ever using artificial ingredients or preservatives.

Our products are put through high-pressure pasteurization, a cold pasteurization technique that exposes our products to pressure that is six times stronger than the pressure of the deepest point in the ocean. This pasteurization keeps unwanted bacteria and microorganisms out while leaving nutrients intact.
OUR EXPERTISE
High-pressure pasteurization is done on site as soon as products are packaged. This allows for an extended shelf life, and locks in the fresh taste and goodness from our fruits and veggies
