- 2 oz Impress Cranberry-Rhubarb-Maple syrup
- 1 oz Strawberry syrup
- 2 basil leaves
- 1 egg white
- Pink pepper
- Pour all the ingredients into a shaker except the pink pepper.
- Add ice and shake for about 10 seconds.
- Double-filter through a fine strainer over a chilled cup.
- Sprinkle with ground pink pepper.
- Garnish with a ribbon of rhubarb.
