The Explorater


  • 2 oz Impress Beet-Carrot-Raspberry
  • 1 oz Suntory Whisky Toki
  • ¼ oz Campari
  • ½ oz Thyme Syrup
  • 1 oz Impress Cold Pressed Orange Juice
  • Tonic water


  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker with the exception of the tonic water.
  2. Add ice and stir for about 10 seconds.
  3. Filter through the strainer over a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with the tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a carrot ribbon.
