- 2 oz Impress Beet-Carrot-Raspberry
- 1 oz Suntory Whisky Toki
- ¼ oz Campari
- ½ oz Thyme Syrup
- 1 oz Impress Cold Pressed Orange Juice
- Tonic water
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker with the exception of the tonic water.
- Add ice and stir for about 10 seconds.
- Filter through the strainer over a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with the tonic water.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a carrot ribbon.
