- Add all ingredients to a small pot and whisk to combine.
- Bring to a boil whisking constantly. Whisking helps activate the gelling process of the agar agar.
- Once mixture is boiling reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 7 minutes whisking often.
- Remove from heat. Carefully pour into silicone moulds.
- Leave to cool at room temperature and then transfer to the fridge.
- Pop gummies out of moulds when ready to eat.
